Aspect:
Attractive, mature cherry colour
with burgundy touches.
On the nose:
The fruity character on the nose resembles wild berry undergrowth,
together with the oak barrels.
Taste:
Smooth entrance, dry when passing through the mouth, tasty with good
acidity.
Gastronomy:
To enhance the fragance and fruitiness it is considered important to
serve at a low temperature-around 16º C. Partridge or fowl stews can
be excellently combined with this Cabernet Sauvignon. Also, ideal
with grilled red meat cutlets or the profound tastes of hare. Better to open the bottle 15 minutes
before to be served or to decant the wine just for the oxygenate of
the wine.
Storage conditions:
In darkness at a tempertature
between 12º and 15º C. Between 70 % of relative Humidity. |
