TEMPRANILLO

Tempranillo.
Alcohol: 13,5 %
Aspect:
A cherry red colour with a dark
burgundy sheen.
On the nose:
A clear new wood and fruits of
the forrest aroma, plum and blackberry.
Taste:
Tasty and well balanced. Excellent fruity expression and an adequate
dose of barrel. On the palate it is aromatic and persitent.
Gastronomy:
A red which deserves to be served at a temperature of approximately
16º C with fowl stews-chicken or lamb, a good semi-cured cheese
emphasizes this delicious wine. Better to open the bottle 15 minutes
before to be served or to decant the wine just for the oxygenate of
the wine.
Storage conditions:
In darkness at a tempertature
between 12º and 15º C. Between 70 % of relative Humidity. |
