Blend of Garnacha Tintorera and Syrah.
Alcohol:
Volume 13 %
Aspect:
Intense hard garnet colour.
On the nose:
Conserve of fruit aromas evolving
to coffee and liquorices, wrapped in vanilla and coconut, typical of
its ageing.
Taste:
Gentle entrance in mouth, with matures tannins, which give it beefy
and a long life.
Service:
A red which deserves to be served at a temperature between 16º and
18º. Better to open the bottle 15 minutes before to be served or to
decant the wine just for the oxygenate of the wine.
Storage conditions:
In darkness at a tempertature
between 14º and 16º C. Between 70 % and 80 % of relative Humidity. |
