Grapes: Airen.
Alcohol: Volume 12 %
Comment: Yellow cane colour, clean and characteristic aromas from this variety, an excellent taste, smooth and fine palate.
Gastronomy: Perfect for any traditional stew dish, rice, fish, light cheese, crayfish, spider crab and oysters in butter. To be served at a temperature between 4º and 6º.
Storage conditions: In darkness at a tempertature between 14º and 16º C. Between 70 % and 80 % of relative Humidity.
