Alcohol: Volume 11,5 %
Product: Brut semi.
Ageing: 18 months.
Calification: Traditional method.
A real tradition: Brut Cuevas Santoyo is our signature sparkling wine. It is an authentic Castilla La Mancha variety that showcases the quality of the vine native to the region. These grapes allow us to produce a superb sparkling wine has a bold personality yet is very drinkable. It  truly shows the high quality of wine that is produced in Castilla La Mancha.
Temperature: 6º and 7º C.
