Grapes: Cencibel ( Tempranillo)
Alcohol:  Volume 13 %
Aspect: Intense red colour with light orange highlights.
On the nose: The aroma is complex, with intense mature fruit touches spiced by the wood.
Taste: On the palate the wine has full, balanced taste and with smooth, well integrated tanines, and an accessible and agreeable finish.                                                                         Gastronomy: To accompany roasts, red meat, strong cured cheese. Better to open the bottle 15 minutes before to be served or to decant the wine just for the oxygenate of the wine. To be served at a temperature between 16º and 18º.                                                                                               Storage conditions: In darkness at a tempertature between 14º and 16º C, 70 % of relative Humidity.
