Comments:
This fine wine is the result of a combination of techniques, at
different fermentation temperatures, lengths of skin contact and
levels of crushing. After blending, a complex, structured wine is
obtained, which them will be fermented in oak barrels.
Gastronomy:
Perfect for red white meats, game, mature cheese, pat. Better to
open the bottle 15 minutes before to be served or to decant the wine
just for the oxygenation of the wine. To be served at a temperature
between 16º and 18º C.
Storage conditions:
In darkness at a temperature between 14º and 16º. 70 % of relative
