Comments: Deep ruby red colour with tile shades, aromas characteristics of this variety of Grapes adapted to the climate and soils of la Mancha, joined with the contributed aromas of its long maturing in oak barrels. Pleasant, ample palate, well balanced and elegant.
Gastronomy: A wine ideal for stews, all range of meats, cheese, sausage, pate, snacks.
Storage conditions: In darkness at a temperature between 14º and 16º. 70 % of relative Humidity.
