Grapes: Monastrel.
Alcohol:  Volume 12,5 %
Aspect: Intense and clear strawberry - raspberry colour.
On the nose: The wine presents fruits aromas with nuances of ripe strawberry, carbonic bubbles and reminiscent of fermentation.
Taste: Well Integrated in the palate, acid, smooth, very well balanced and clean, and aftertaste reminiscent of the fruity nuances of the nose.
Gastronomy: Cheese, fish, seafood, dough,... To be served at a temperature between 6º and 8º.
Storage conditions: In darkness at a tempertature between 14º and 16º C, 70 % of relative Humidity.
