Grapes: Airen.
Alcohol:  Volume 12,5 %
Aspect: Intense and clear straw - coloured pale yellow.
On the nose: Pleasant aromatic intensity in the nose, with exotics fruits aromas, floral nuances and reminiscences of fermentation.
Taste: Well structured, with a ligth and fruity taste and sensation in the palate, and with an original and characteristic aftertaste with reminiscences of the exotic fruits.
Gastronomy: To combine with fish and seafood. To be served at a temperature between 6º and 8º.
Storage conditions: In darkness at a tempertature between 14º and 16º C, 70 % of relative Humidity.
