Grapes: Monastrell
Alcohol:  Volume 13,5 %
Aspect: Intense red purple colour with garnet nuances, clear and lively.
On the nose: Very potent, clean and pleasant aromatic intensity. It presents very ripe red and black fruit such as cherry, accompanied by tones of wild fruits with a reminiscent of floral nuances.
Taste: Well balanced, very potent with great character, with tannins very well integrated.
Gastronomy: To accompany roast meat, stews and in general well combined with the Mediterranean diet. To be served at a temperature between 13º and 15º.
Storage conditions: In darkness at a tempertature between 14º and 16º C, 70 % of relative Humidity.
