THE WINERY: From the beginning, our mission has been to produce only the very highest quality wines possible for our customers. With this goal in mind, not all of our grapes meet our standards and this portion of the harvest is sacrificed. Situated on the Ciguela River, at 715 meters above sea level, we cultivate 300 hectares of vines and fruit trees. The perfect conditions mentioned above allow us to produce high-quality Airen, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah wines. We exercise strict quality controls throughout the entire production process from the tending of the vines to final elaboration.

THE GEOGRAPHIC SETTING: In the small, quiet village of Villanueva de Alcardete in the province of Toledo, just a few kilometres from Madrid, we have a our vineyards and winery. Since 1987, we have been producing our wines in this ancient wine region that has the heart of Don Quixote and is the home of his greatest love Dulcinea del Toboso. A wonderful combination of altitude, soil and climate allow us to nature some of the finest grape producing vines in the world. We are able to cultivate truly outstanding grapes and fruits that form the basis for our wines.
