This winery settled up in Manzaneque (Toledo). It works on table-wine traditional elaboration from our own vineyards’ grapes, which is sold all over Madrid pubs and cafés. In 1999, the third family generation, D. Antonio Morales Lillo performs some adaptation works in the winery, by means of his new company: Vinícola Morales Ltd.

 

  
  It is a strong, aromatic, colorful wine with much of fruit, which fills your mouth. Being tasty and easy to drink, it presents a lively garnet-red, gorgeous colour which shows youth and capability to grow old. Vanilla-like and toasted details are shown at first, although afterwards you can taste ripe fruit. Its taste through one’s mouth is wide, spicy and unctuous. All together it comes out as a nice, balanced wine with a good structure and elegance.

For its breeding, we exclusively use grapes from our own vineyards. One field consists on tempranillo variety vienyards, 11 years old, within the Council of Orgaz, with 8,5 hectares, with a 3 x 1,80 m. breeding-frame The other field consists on garnacha variety vineyards, 11 years old, placed in Manzaneque, with vessels and a 2,90 x 2,90 m. breeding-frame. Both are dry lands, with medium productivity. Through the last two years, we have got 2 kgs. per grapevine in tempranillo and 1 kg. per grapevine in garnacha.
