COOPERATIVA DEL CAMPO "LA UNIÓN" AB was founded back in 1956 by 15 wine growers, who over the years, and after some expansion, managed to group together over 900 associates. COOPERATIVA DEL CAMPO "LA UNIÓN" is situated in Tarazona de la Mancha, province of Albacete, within the Denomination of Origin "La Mancha".

The most common grape varieties in our vineyards are:
WHITE: Airen, Macabeo.
RED: Cencibel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot, Syrah, Bobal.

The most  modern techniques of fermentation at controlled temperatures, the microxygenation to improve the taninos evolution, the prolonged fermentation inside rotary horizontal wine producers, to extract the maximum quantity of substances inside the stainless steel containers, which are the perfect complement to our traditional barrels made of American an French Oaks, these are then placed in our cellars, with the optimum moisture conditions at the right temperature, here our wine breeds.
