BODEGAS CANTÓ is a family company  that has been dedicated to the elaboration and ageing of wine for several generations. This tradition comes from the VII century, proven by the discovery of barrels and documents for the commerce of wine in the Minateda's place, where the Cantó's family vineyards are located. BODEGAS CANTÓ has its own vineyard located in the "Viña del Tolmo" in the Minateda zone, with tempranillo and syrah varieties. Our wines are looked after with the care and dedication necessary in these kind of varieties. The winery also has vineyards in "Viña del Pocico" with monastrell variety and drip irrigated land, which allows us the exact production to be able to harvest by hand.

The winery's production is based on the high quality in their wines which have attained national and international awards, as the "Great Gold Bacchus" in last edition 2004.

Finca Minateda and Cantofino are the two ranges of wines that the bodega has sold in the last years, a wide range of red with wood, young reds and young whites. Actually, the winery has improved very much their vineyards, modernizing our factory with a new spacious cellar for climatized ageing, and with new french oak and american barrells, together with the lastest advances techniques.
